Rental Prices
The minimum rental period during the main season is 7 days from Saturday 15h to the following Saturday 10h.
Net-Rental price: High season (July / August): 2100 € / week for up to 8 persons and 2300 EURO for up to 11 persons, whereby cleaning charges are included. Off-season (May / June / 2nd half Sept / Oct) 1100 -1.300€ / week.
Additional charges: water consumption: 3 € / cbm – electricity: 0,25 € / kWh.
The rental price includes the provision of bedding, cooking gas, free internet access, swimming pool-maintenance and caretaker assistance in all matters encountered during the stay.
Rental prices during the pre- and off-season with a lower number of persons or a different rental period upon request.
